From one bad dive to a thousand good ones
A decade ago, a near-miss with shallow water blackout turned a casual hobby into an obsession with doing this right. Our founder, Marco Reyes, read everything he could find, dived everywhere he could reach, and started writing down what actually worked — and what nearly went wrong.
Those waterlogged notes became Fishes One Hook. Today it's a small crew of freedivers and spearos sharing the same thing: field-tested guides written from real dives, in real conditions, for divers who care about technique, ethics, and coming home.
